Arpana is a successful entrepreneur and mum to three gorgeous little ones. School Plus Kids started when she found a gap in the market for something that teaches core life skills like Growth Mindset, Emotional Intelligence, Entrepreneurship, Mindfulness and Money for Kids, in a child-friendly way.
What started as a successful magazine is now an immersive online experience tailored to teach child.
Everyone knows that schools don't teach you core life skills that you really need in life. In fact, a study done by the World Economic Forum says that 65% of jobs won't exist for kids entering primary school between 2019-2022. This means the future will look very different for our little ones.
Rather than waiting for the school system to catch up - we're taking matters into our own hands!
Speaking to Prince EA, filmaker, motivational speaker and creator, about this issue was eye-opening. One of the biggest influencers on the internet today, agreed that we need to change what our kids learn and he reinforced our direction.
I asked Tom Bilyeu, founder of Impact Theory, what the most important thing for children to learn these days is and he said Growth Mindset.
